CNN top 10 reasons why you should visit Plovdiv

The Bulgarian city of Plovdiv is an increasingly preferred destination for tourism in the Balkans. The finding was made in a report The World Information Leader – CNN. The report also pointed out the top 10 reasons why it is worth a visit to Plovdiv.

1.      The oldest standing city in Europe. With its eight-thousand-year history, Plovdiv is undoubtedly one of the oldest cities in the world, The Roman Stadium, the Ancient Theater, the Dzhumaya Mosque and the Old Town testify to the different epochs on the way from Plovdiv to eternity.
