Ishtar once again chose Plovdiv

Worldwide known ethno music artist Ishtar once again chose Plovdiv. 24th of number is the date of the big show that the artist will shake the city of the Seven Hills. She will be performing on the big stage of auditorium SILA with a band of dozen musicians. The tickets for the spectacular show are already being sold on the website Eventim, they vary from 40 BGN to 90 BGN.

Only 7 years ago when Ishtar for the first time visited Plovdiv, she promised her fans that she will be definitely coming back for a unforgettable show.

The Israelian artist is also well known for her lead vocals in the French group Alabina. Some of her most famous hits are the songs “C’est La Vie“, „Last Kiss“ and, „Habibi (Sawah)“.

She sings and speaks not one not two but 8 languages which are Moroccan, Arabic, Hebrew, French, Spanish, English, Russian and Bulgarian!

Ishtar started her career at only the age of 14, and she even continued on with it while she was in Israeli Defense Forces. Her name is actually Eti Zach, but she chose as her creative alias – Ishtar, the name of the goddess of love and war, the reason behind it she explained was because her grandmother would call her Ester but because of her Egyptian accent it would come out Ishtar.
