A spectacular new and original audio-visual show will visit Plovdiv on the 23rd of December. Tales of the Black Sea intricately intertwines myth and fact as it tells stories of the Black Sea region. Filled with original music, the project combines aspects of dance, theater, photography and contemporary art design, as well as featuring multimedia and 3D mapping effects.

The stories include classic tales of myth and references to artifacts of Bulgarian history, among the mentioned are the world’s oldest wrought gold, discovered in the Varna Necropolis, the legend of the lovers - Orpheus and Eurydice, the Madara Horseman, as well as ember walking, and kukeri dancing.
