Bean-to-bar chocolate tasting

We will have a tour around the new home of Gaillot Chocolate factory. We will understand more about the so-called bean-to-bar method and why it is important for the quality of the ready product.
Description
The tasting starts with a brief presentation on the road of the cocoa bean from the tree to the factory and proceeds with a tour of the whole factory, following every technology process. At the end guests can try the different chocolate flavours, made in Gaillot factory. They can also buy chocolate or chocolate products, offered by the factory.
