All the chocolates in the collection you will sample are cleansed from unwanted impurities and have different and nuanced flavours of different types of cocoa, cocoa plantations, exotic spices and herbs. What unites them, however, is the method by which they were produced.

The concept of “bean-to-bar”, the method followed throughout the process of their production is precisely what makes them so different from chocolate made for mass consumption. They are produced directly from fresh cocoa beans. By comparison, most chocolate manufacturers do not produce chocolate, but buy cocoa mass in the form of chocolate microsweets, themselves made from low quality cocoa, usually high in sugar and a number of additional unwanted impurities.
