Andrea Maronian

Andrea discovered her passion for cooking as a child and quickly realized that she would dedicate her life to it.

From an early age he was an indispensable assistant in his mother’s kitchen, where the desire to create culinary masterpieces was born. It was he who took Andrea to France, where he studied the secrets of confectionery at the culinary school FERRANDI - Paris.

He returns to Bulgaria with ideas, which he implements in the kitchen of the family hotel Magic Castle, as well as through his own website for home-made delicacies. Andrea continues to learn and develop, and with that matures the idea to pass on her experience to others. He does it on his YouTube channel, where he presents different recipes every week.

The belief that food brings people together and creates emotions is the source of inspiration for the young chef. “Cooking is not necessarily complicated and time consuming - you only need quality products and desire,” says Andrea. And we trust her completely!

In the culinary courses with her you will immerse yourself in a world of tempting recipes prepared with inspiration, dedication and love in its purest form.
