The panorama is impressive! Below the peak, the village is located in the palm of your hand, you can see the peaks of the Western Rhodopes, the Thracian plain stretches to the north and in good weather you can see the hills of Sredna Gora and Stara Planina, and to the west - the peaks of Rila. From the top we descend on the so-called Dyado Peyova path, pass over the village and continue in a southerly direction. We climb Mount St. Helena (1488 meters above sea level), where there is a small chapel and recreation area. From the chapel we head east on a dirt country road that takes us to the Bekov rocks (about 40 minutes). There is an observation deck on the rocks, from which you can see Vacha Dam, the village of Osikovo and the peaks of the Western Rhodopes. The return trip to the village takes about an hour. In the local dairy you can buy ecologically clean dairy products. Hiking: 4 h.

On the way back to Plovdiv we will visit Zhrebichko. The village will impress you with its rich cultural and historical heritage and Revival architecture. Located high on one of the first Rhodope hills rising powerfully over Thrace. If you stand there, however, you have the feeling that you are flying like a bird over Thrace, the lowland is spread at your feet like a carpet. There are only a hundred inhabitants. The Church of the Holy Trinity was built in 1831, and on the outskirts of the village is the chapel “St. Elijah ”which has been renovated and a 12 meter metal cross has been erected. The locals believe that the sanctuary of Dionysius was right there. Zrebichko is a unique place that has preserved not only its appearance, but more importantly its spirit.
