Darin Stoykov is a PR by education, but a chef by heart and vocation. His serious culinary experiments began in 2010, and in 2011 he launched his culinary blog (www.fkusno.com), in which he published recipes, reviews of products and restaurants and many useful tips for everyone.
Darin defines himself as an experimenter, and accepts each recipe as a challenge. What can be changed and improved, what can be shortened or even replaced are the questions that excite him at the meeting with each new recipe, and in every culinary adventure he goes headlong and with a smile on his face. You will see for yourself.
As he takes you through the secret lands of unknown recipes, surprise him by asking him about his dream - to have a tiny bakery in downtown Sofia. It will shine on you with a huge smile and tell you an interesting story!
