Section 1. General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Game is organized in English and is organized on the official page of the Organizer on the social network Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thebestofplovdiv/

Section 2. Organizer

  1. The Organizer of the Game, which is held on the official page of Enjoy-Plovdiv on the social network Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/thebestofplovdiv/), is “Favia” Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 130910565, with headquarters and address at 61 Dunav Str., Plovdiv, represented by Nadia Georgieva, (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

Section 3. Characteristics and period of the game

  1. The game will take place from 28.06.2018 to 23:59:59 on 23.07.2018

Section 4. Right of participation

  1. Every person who is 18 (eighteen) years old or older has the right to participate in the game. The game is open to all individuals who are on the territory of the world :)

In the event of a participant that does not fit this requirement, the Game Organizer / Performer shall suspend such person’s participation in the contest with which the participant is incompatible.

In the event that the names of such persons are drawn in the lottery, they will not be taken into account and another winner will be drawn in their place.

Section 5. Mechanism for conducting

  1. Requirements to participate in the game:

5.1. To have an active profile on www.facebook.com;

5.2. Visit the Enjoy-Plovdiv branding page on the Facebook social network https://www.facebook.com/thebestofplovdiv/;

5.3. To answer the question “What do you know about Plovdiv?” with a comment under the post.

5.4. Liking and following the Enjoy-Plovdiv page is optional.

  1. The participant becomes recognized by using the name in his social network Facebook account to participate in the game. The organizer is not liable and owes no indemnity to a person whose name is used by another person, whether or not the person has given his or her consent.

  2. Any registered answer that does not follow section 4, Art.4 will be disqualified

  3. Each Entrant participates once in the game regardless of the number of replies he has posted as comments under the post.

  4. When posting comments, their content should not contain obscene and indecent words, phrases, images, and other things that harm the honor, dignity and reputation of both participants and the Contractor or the Organizer.

  5. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any content generated by the Participants and third parties that are considered inappropriate and incompatible with the Game. This includes content that is offensive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the rules of responsible commercial communication, as well as disqualifying the respective author of such content. In these cases, the Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to further discussion. The Organizer is not responsible for the meaning, authenticity, and security of content generated by Players in the Game and third parties and any adverse effects on participants and third parties in connection with such content.

  6. Any use of a fake online identity and / or the creation of fake Facebook profiles when participating is a violation of the Official Rules. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify without notice and without owing any notice to Participants violating the Official Rules in any way whatsoever. Disqualified Players lose the right to receive a prize. In these cases, the Organizer’s decision is final and is not subject to further discussion.

Section 6. Awards and Way of Determining Winning Participant

  1. Total prize for the game – a weekend for two in Plovdiv with the following program:

The winner gets a vacation for 2 persons including 2 overnights at a stylish 3-star hotel (BnB), a wine tasting at the Todoroff Boutique Winery, a guided sightseeing tour of Plovdiv’s Old Town and Plovdiv’s top attractions.

*All other services, activities, etc. not mentioned in the program are not included ** 13. The organizer declares that the market value of the prize set exceeds BGN 30 (thirty) and is subject to taxation, according to the Act – LITI.

  1. One lucky winner will be withdrawn through random lottery by using a computer software in the presence of a three-member committee made up of Contractor employees.

  2. The winning participant will be withdrawn and announced on 23.07.2018.

Section 7. Announcement of the winning participant

    1. The winner will be announced on the day of the prize draw (23.07.2018) on https://www.facebook.com/thebestofplovdiv

  2. For the purpose of declaring a winning participant, each Participant expressly agrees to use his or her names and profile images, in accordance with Art. 11

  3. In order to receive the award, the winning participant must declare their wish to receive their prize within 10 (ten) working days from the date of announcement. After the announcement of the winner, he or she must declare their wish to receive the prize by sending their personal data – name and surname, mobile phone number, e-mail and suitable dates /weekend/ for the use of the prize. Dates must be confirmed by the Organizer.

  4. The weekend trip must take place within 3 months of the end of the game (23.07.2018), i.e. no later than 23.10.2018.

  5. The Organizer and the Contractor shall not be liable if the winning participant has not provided a contact phone number or the provided number is not correct, or in the event that the participant refuses to receive the prize.

  6. The winning participant loses the right to receive the prize in the following cases:

a. If the prize has not been claimed within 10 (ten) working days of the date of the announcement of the winning participant. In this case, the prize is given to another participant in the game, selected again by lottery.

b. When identifying actions that have the purpose and / or could lead to manipulation of the prize / prize distribution, the Game Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant and to deprive them of the right to receive the prize / rewards earned as a result of such actions.

  1. The Organizer and the Contractor are under no obligation to hold correspondence with non-winning participants.

Section 8. Inability to replace

  1. The Organizer and the Contractor do not provide the possibility of replacing the prizes with money and / or other values.

Section 9. Personal information

  1. By participating in this Game, under the terms of Art. 7., the participants give their consent and voluntarily submit their personal data, according to Art.7.16.3 (name and surname, telephone, email) and / or other data which they have provided on their own initiative to be kept and processed by the Contractor and / or the Organizer.

  2. The purpose of processing this data is to identify winning bidders and award a prize. The Organizer and the Contractor shall ensure that personal data of individuals is not processed for purposes other than those specified in this policy.

  3. The Organizer and the Implementer of the Game is obliged to store and process the personal data of the Participants, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Section 10. Other requirements

  1. The present rules have been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Bulgarian law and are publicly disclosed on the official page of the Organizer on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/

  2. The rules will be available for the entire period of the Game on the Organizer’s official website (enjoy-plovdiv.com).

  3. By responding to the task set out in the specially created for the Game post on the Organizer’s Facebook page, the participants agree to abide by the terms of these rules.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or modify these Terms and Conditions, and the changes will take effect on the day of their publication on the website (enjoy-plovdiv.com). Game Participants should check for changes to the rules themselves, and the Organizer is not required to inform them about any changes made. In the event that the Participant disagrees with such changes, he / she shall terminate his or her participation in the Game.

  5. The organizer is not responsible for situations where there is an inability for some citizens to participate when this impossibility is beyond the control of the Organizer.

  6. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage or damage to property or the Participant during his / her participation in this game.

  7. The organizer is not responsible for: wrong or misleading names upon registration; faulty or unsuccessful electronic data transmission; communication link failure, regardless of the reason, in respect of equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or vendors used in relation to the Game; inaccessibility or malaise on the Internet or on the website or a combination thereof; site system failure; other force majeure circumstances.

  8. The organizer is not responsible for any fees, taxes or fines that may arise in connection with the prize.

Section 11. Legal disputes

  1. The organizer of the Games is not liable and will not be involved in legal disputes relating to the possession or ownership of the prize won, as well as disputes relating to any costs incurred by the players in connection with the Games.

Any legal disputes that may arise between the Organizer and the participants in the Games will be resolved by mutual consent, and if this proves impossible, the two parties will have to refer to the institutions competent to resolve the dispute.

This Game is not sponsored, assigned or performed in any way by Facebook and should not be associated with Facebook.
